This result does not judge your religious identity or affiliation. The match score shows how much your answers overlap with each tradition's mainstream doctrine, not how much you resemble that religion's believers.

The 15 traditions and your own position are plotted in the eight zones made by the three axes you pick. You can choose any three of the five axes in the box above. The default three (personal God, reincarnation, norms) are the least tangled with each other, and the 15 traditions fill all eight zones. In this combination the transcendence axis is left out, so Taoism and atheism fall in the same zone. Add the transcendence axis and the two separate.

Dates are rough values for when each tradition formed or was codified, and the time axis uses a different scale in each stretch (BCE is compressed, modern times are expanded). Atheism, agnosticism, and pantheism are currents of thought rather than lines branching from one root, so they are placed at the time their term or system appeared. Of the influence links, Zoroastrianism to Judaism is put forward as a scholarly theory.
